Telephone and internet charges
Minibar and restaurant charges

Pre-Authorisation Process:
Credit Card Validation: We pre-authorise all credit cards on the day of arrival to check for validity and sufficiency of funds. This process validates the presented credit card and protects both the cardholder and merchant from increasing fraud incidents.
Pre-Authorised Amount: The pre-authorised amount of NZ$ 500 is set aside by the credit card company for a period of up to 10 days. The pre-authorisation will affect your available funds and/or spending limit. No money is taken from your credit card, but it will show as a ‘Pending Transaction’. You may choose to use a different payment type to pay your final bill.

Refund of Security Bond:
Upon Departure: The bond will be refunded to your credit card upon departure.
Processing Time: For domestic credit card holders, this process may take up to 7 working days. If you’re an international card holder, this may take longer depending on your financial institution.
Important Notes:
For more information on this practice, please contact your card issuer.
The resort is not liable for any delays in the release of funds by your bank.

Deposit Amount: A cash deposit of NZ$ 500 is required at the time of check-in.
Receipt: A receipt will be provided for the cash deposit.
Usage: This deposit will cover incidental items such as those listed above, including any breakages, damages, or excessive cleaning charges.
